What are the payment modes?​
There are 3 modes of payment:
1. Cash on delivery
2. Paypal/PayLah
3. Bank transfer to POSB SAVINGS 073-17051-6
Is there any delivery charge?
- For orders above $100, we offer free delivery islandwide.
- For orders below S$100, there will be a $10 delivery fee.
- For areas within CBD area, there will be a $3 ERP surcharge.
Can I self collect my order if my order is below $100 ?
Yes, you can self collect at our showroom at 63 Hillview Avenue #08-01A Singapore 669569.
How long do I have to wait for my pet’s orders?
​Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and we will deliver within 3 working days. If you have a preferred delivery time, we will try our best to adhere to it.
